With 6 years of experience in the field of yoga and having taught more than 300 members with SARVA you can count on Shraddha to guide you to achieve your fitness aims with yoga. With a certification in yoga and alternative therapies (DSVV Haridwar) Shraddha is an expert in yoga for weight loss and meditation. Shraddha began her yoga journey for herself, to help her calm her mind and be patient. This led her to discover the power of transformation with yoga and pursue it as a trainer. Her father plays an important role in her life, he taught her the importance of discipline in life and made her believe in it, which helped her immensely in her yoga journey. She wants to teach everyone what she learns everyday in her yoga journey. In her 3 years of teaching yoga with SARVA, she’s made hundreds of her members believe in themselves and the practice of yoga.
