With an experience of 12 years in the field of yoga, Pragya has completed her M.A in Yoga(DSVV) and has taught 10,000+ members with SARVA. The one quote that inspires her is "Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured & endure what cannot be cured". An expert in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, Pragya, chose to be a yoga trainer to share and contribute her best skills as a give back to the society. Yoga is her passion and it serves their purpose to achieve positive results from her members in the form of all round development and spiritual benefits. Apart from individual specialities, Pragya Mishra is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
