Her sessions vary from medium to high-intensity yoga flows and are ideal for someone looking for toning and weight loss.The only advice she gives to her students as a beginner-level practitioner is to take things slow and achieve one milestone at a time. Apart from individual specialities, Disha Singh is proficient in SARVA's 25 forms of yoga and has completed a detailed 200-hour practical training from SARVA that includes the classical styles of yoga, yoga with different props, and many more.
